RJC Policy

RCJ policy – annual report

DML Dal Maso Srl has been offering a comprehensive service of jewellery design, development, production, and industrialization for over fifty years.

Experience and passion set us apart as an industrial reality capable of experimenting and looking ahead, without ever neglecting those foundational values that are our DNA.

Thanks to a deep understanding of material processing techniques, continuous study of new technologies and the ability to combine manual skills of human resources with constant investments in advanced machinery within the production process, we are able to serve customers punctually and flexibly, integrating the know-how and quality of “Made in Italy.”

This policy attests to our willingness and commitment to constantly improve through the introduction of increasingly important values such as ethics and sustainability, which have led DML Dal Maso Srl to become a member of RJC.

RJC is a standard-setting organization established to improve responsible practices in environmental, social, ethical, and human rights matters throughout the jewellery supply chain concerning gold, silver, platinum group metals, diamonds, and colored gemstones. RJC has developed a reference standard for the jewellery supply chain and credible mechanisms to verify, through third-party entities, that companies in the supply chain operate according to responsible business practices.

As a member of RJC, we commit to conducting our company’s activities in accordance with the RJC Code of Practices, integrating ethical, social, environmental, and human rights considerations into our daily activities, business planning and decision-making processes.

We also commit to ensuring due diligence activities for responsible sourcing from conflict-affected and high-risk areas according to the relevant OECD guidelines; combating all forms of corruption, money laundering, and terrorist financing by adopting the KYC (Know Your Counterparty) principles; protecting the environment for future generations through responsible management of substances, waste, and emissions.

These commitments are shared with all our employees, suppliers, and customers.
